Pretty Straight Forward from the Legion

From Legionariesofchrist.org:

July 8, 2009. Rome, Italy. Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone, Secretary of State for His Holiness, has officially informed Father Álvaro Corcuera, LC, the general director of the Legion of Christ, that the announced apostolic visitation to the congregation will begin on July 15th.
Five visitors will carry out the visit:
Bishop Ricardo Watty Urquidi, M.Sp.S., Bishop of Tepic (Mexico) in Mexico and Central America.
Archbishop Charles Joseph Chaput, O.F.M., Archbishop of Denver (USA) in the United States and Canada.
Bishop Giuseppe Versaldi, Bishop of Alessandria (Italy) in Italy, Israel, South Korea, and the Philippines.
Archbishop Ricardo Ezzati Andrello, S.D.B., Archbishop of Concepción (Chile) in South America.
Bishop Ricardo Blázquez Pérez, Bishop of Bilbao (Spain) in Europe (with the exception of Italy).
When sharing this news with all of the members of the congregation, Father Álvaro Corcuera said, “I invite all of us to give thanks to God and to the Church for the help that the Holy Father is offering us, and to welcome the visitors to each and every one of our communities with sincere charity and faith as representatives of the Vicar of Christ.”
The visitors will carry out their work according to the calendar and program that each one will set. Afterwards, they will hand over a report to the Holy See, which will then give the congregation the appropriate guidelines.
We ask all of our readers and friends to pray for the mission of the visitors and for the Legionaries of Christ.

One word missing: welcome the visitors with HONESTY

It should be clearly understood that this visitation is not a "blessing from God", or a sign of how much the Church loves the Legion and wants to help to help it grow. It's a consequence of sin in the same way that a venereal disease is the result of risky sexual intercourse. They knew in 1956 all the disgusting details of MM's fraudulent existence, but refused to believe it. They silenced their opposition by slander and calumny, and in some cases, expensive legal action. The leadership of the Legion is a whited sepulcher, clean on the outside, but full of corruption and dead men's bones on the inside. If they didn't know the truth (which is impossible), then they should have. We were told never to speak of the perpetrators of the "Great Blessing", that they were evil men in the reckless pursuit of power. Frs Arumi and Lagoa were held up as Saints for the role they played, when at best they were simpletons and enablers of a sadistic sociopath.

This action by the church is what the Legion deserves for fucking with people's lives.

10 years of lies

That's an AWESOME analogy 10 years of lies. The Legion has an STD- that is why it is rotting.

MM is the STD- he got it from drug use, whores and perversion. And there's no cocktail that will stop this from becoming full blown AIDS. And the Legion will waste away.

July 15th should be out new feast day- not Jan 3 or Feb 6 or- laughingly- March 10. But July 15- the day the end began.

July 15 is the anniversary of the storming of the Bastille. Only with the Legion, we hope that it is the ending of the Reign of Terror and not the beginning.

I love how they use Legionspeak in their version of how the visitators are to go about their business. Here are their words: "The visitors will carry out their work according to the calendar and program that each one will set." That is right out of the LC constitutions and principles and norms: program, guide, calendar. Every minute of our lives as Legionaries was ruled by a program, guide, and calendar that each of us set. Now they have the nerve to tell people how their own investigators are to investigate them, following the old "program, guide, and calendar" bit? This is outrageous. When will their lies end?

I too lived for 10 years under their lies. May their order cease to exist after the visitation is concluded.
