Any chance of a transcript, or at least a summary, for us gringos who don't speak Spanish?
By using the "menu" function on the YOUTUBE buttons, I was able to see parts 2 and 3 of this interview. In part 2, Jose Barba masterfully explains how a 2001 moto proprio by the Pope actually may have assisted in protecting Marcial Maciel from canonical trial. The papal document associated the crime of absolving an accomplice to a prescription of 10 years. Before, there had not been a prescription. All three parts of this interview are worth listening to.
